Group therapy is something not as many people are familiar with, but it can be extremely beneficial. Group therapy gives you a safe space to talk to people who understand you and who have struggles and experiences similar to yours. Group therapy sessions lead by an experienced, professional counselor offer the added benefit of the knowledge and experience of the clinician. At Prospering Hope Counseling, we offer group therapy sessions for a variety of concerns, including grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, and other issues.
