At this time we are unable to offer this service. It is possible to receive therapy services from us and work with your primary care physician to manage medications. You will need to speak with your physician about this option.
We understand that sometimes things come up that cause a need to cancel. You can call (870) 300-2112 to notify us that you cannot make it to your appointment and to reschedule. Please note that after three (3) no call/now show appointments you will be discharged from services with a list of referrals mailed to you.
Yes, we are bound by laws of confidentiality so we cannot share your information without your written consent. However, if you report child abuse/neglect, or disabled person abuse or neglect then we are required by law to report that information. Additionally, if you report that you are going to harm yourself or someone else we will disclose in an effort to keep you and/or the public safe.
